2. Veracity of the data
The user will be responsible, in all cases, for the veracity of the data provided. The company reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to any other legal actions. Furthermore, the user must be duly authorized to provide information about third parties. Only with the consent of future hotel guests may the user provide their full names in the Room Distribution section. This information, which will allow the selected hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional. Therefore, providing it implies, under their sole responsibility, the user's assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to providing personal information.
3. Data processing during navigation
In accordance with the obligation set forth in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are hereby informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of computers that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. 6. Responsibility of the Tourist Apartments
Access to the website does not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company . The portal only provides information about vacant tourist apartments at the time of the request. Therefore, if you make a reservation online, you are booking directly with the tourist apartments and not with the website. The printed version of your reservation can be used as a reference when you visit the tourist apartments, although it is not necessary to bring a printed copy.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:
- 1) Be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, declaring that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
- 2) That the data provided when making the online reservation are true, complete and concise.
- 3) Only those pages that appear in the web map are included in the website.
- 4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user.
- 5) Once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it was formalized will be archived, and you will be able to access it at any time.
- 6) That confirms the reservation made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, people and Tourist Apartment chosen.
- 7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions expressly included on the page where you make the reservation.
- 8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility to reserve the chosen Tourist Apartments through its website, but does not offer any type of service under your responsibility.
- 9) Your card details are collected and verified as genuine. Payment for cancellable reservations is made directly at reception in cash or by card. A link can also be sent to the guest prior to arrival if desired, allowing them to make a prepayment. This link is sent via the Paraty payment tool.
- We also offer a non-refundable rate, which is payable upon purchase through our Paraty website.
- 10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
7. Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of Tourist Apartment and accommodation type selected, except for Tourist Apartments where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any services not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.
Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used:
- Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- They must be vacated (check out) by 11:00 on the day of departure.
8. Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry valid personal and family documentation, whether passport or national identity card, in accordance with current legislation. When travel requires it, they will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. Should any authority refuse to grant a visa for reasons specific to the traveler, or should entry into the country be denied due to a lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not carrying it, the hotel declines all liability for such incidents. Any costs incurred will be borne by the traveler. In these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for no-shows will apply.
9. Right of admission and access rules
In the exercise of the Right of Admission, which the owners of catering establishments have, regulated by Decree 86/2013 (articles 47 and 49), at any time, the following may be expelled from the Tourist Apartments and access is expressly prohibited:
- 1. People who wish to enter after the maximum authorized capacity has been exceeded.
- 2. People who display violent attitudes or publicly incite hatred, violence or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance, and in particular those who behave aggressively or cause disturbances outside or at the entrance and those who carry weapons or objects that could be used as such.
- 3. Persons who show symptoms of intoxication or who are consuming drugs or narcotic substances or show symptoms of having consumed them.
- 4. Persons who do not meet the minimum age required, in accordance with current regulations, unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
- 5. Persons who, for their stay in the Tourist Apartments, require a service that the establishment does not provide.
- 6. Persons who do not comply with the dress code required by the Tourist Apartments staff for each event or area.
- 7. People using the pools outside of established hours. The pools will be closed from 8:30 p.m.
- 8. Persons who bring animals into the Tourist Apartments without written permission from the management, except for persons with disabilities. ***
- 9. Persons who cause disturbances, noise, damage to the facilities, or behave contrary to the health and cleanliness of the establishment, and, in general, persons who do not follow the instructions of the Tourist Apartments staff regarding decorum, good neighborliness, and any other instructions.
- 10. Guests must leave the room if they do not pay or when the duration of the reservation expires, unless otherwise agreed with the company.
- 11. Users who engage in balcony surfing. If any person is found in the establishment under the conditions described above, they may be removed at any time by the owner of the establishment or their representative, and the assistance of law enforcement may be required.
***This prohibition will not apply to guests who have booked a stay with a pet if the establishment's policy allows it.
In addition, customers must take into account the following access rules:
- Restricted Access to Registered Persons: Access to all facilities of the complex, including the room/apartment you have booked, is exclusively permitted to persons duly registered as part of your reservation.
- Prohibition of Access to Unregistered Third Parties: For security and control reasons, no one is permitted to enter the facilities or rooms/apartments unless they are registered with reception as an occupant of their accommodation unit.
- Specific Restriction for Professional Activities: This regulation applies specifically to third parties who intend to access the complex or the rooms/apartments in order to carry out professional activities of any kind.
- Emergency Services Exception: The only exception to this access policy is for emergency services (e.g., medical personnel, emergency medical services) who need access to address a situation requiring it. In such cases, the front desk should be notified if possible.
10. Rules during your stay at the establishment
Guests may circulate and remain within the establishment in designated areas. Guests may not enter reserved or private rooms or spaces under any circumstances. Attire will be standard.
The express instructions of the Tourist Apartment staff regarding behavior, dress, decorum, and any other requirements aimed at ensuring a pleasant stay for all Tourist Apartment guests must be followed. The following rules must be adhered to:
- 1. Avoid behaviors that may cause discomfort to others.
- 2. Access to the wet bar/restaurant is not permitted.
- 3. It is not permitted to remove furniture from inside the Tourist Apartments to areas such as swimming pools and terraces, nor may said furniture be used for any purpose other than that for which it was initially intended.
- 4. The consumption of beverages brought from outside is not permitted in the public areas of the Tourist Apartments.
- 5. Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, except in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms.
- 6. Sufficient caution must be exercised when using the iron, electrical appliances or objects that cause heat, fire or sparks, in each accommodation, under the client's responsibility.
- 7. Cooperation in accessing the establishment by persons not staying at the establishment is prohibited. Such access must be expressly authorized in writing by the establishment's staff.
- 8. Please respect your neighbors' sleeping hours. Playing music or making noise after 10:00 p.m. is prohibited.
- 9. Reserving sun loungers by the pool and leaving towels or personal belongings on them is not permitted. Tourist Apartment staff will remove both towels and belongings from the sun loungers.
- 10. If fraudulent transactions or habits are detected in the use of the credit service offered by the establishment to all its customers, you will be informed. Credit facilities may be modified or canceled at the establishment's discretion.
- 11. The rooms have clotheslines, so hanging clothes on the railings in the rooms is not permitted.
- 12. Food may not be taken from the company's restaurant facilities.
- 13. Towels are not permitted outside the establishment. All Tourist Apartments services are for exclusive use within the establishment.
- 14. Cooking in rooms using portable stoves is not permitted.
- 15. Pets and companion animals are not allowed, except for exceptions expressly accepted in advance by the establishment's management for each user (functional diversity).
- 16. Balconing is prohibited. The Tourist Apartments establishment is not responsible for bodily harm caused to themselves by a client who engages in balconing. The Tourist Apartments establishment will claim from clients who engage in balconing any damages caused to the establishment (material damage or other expenses) that are a direct consequence of the balconing. Any client engaging in balconing may be punished with expulsion from the Tourist Apartments establishment, without any right to a refund or payment to the client. If necessary, assistance from state security forces (police) will be sought. Any costs incurred by the establishment for assisting the client due to balconing will be borne by the client.
11. Safety recommendations during your stay at the facilities
- 1. Keep an eye on your luggage and never leave it unattended.
- 2. Close the door of your Vacation Apartment when you leave and try opening it again to make sure it is closed.
- 3. When you are in the Tourist Apartment, keep the door properly closed, even if it is only for a short time.
- 4. Lock your luggage when not in use and place it in your closet. If your luggage has a lock, always use it.
- 5. Protect your Vacation Apartment key. Don't just leave it on the reception desk.
- 6. Do not keep the Tourist Apartment opening card with any document indicating the establishment or room number.
- 7. Immediately notify management of any abnormal event you notice, such as: people acting suspiciously in the hallways, repeated phone calls from people who do not identify themselves, knocking on your door from people you do not know, or not finding anyone there when you go to open it, or other incidents.
- 8. Do not invite strangers to your Tourist Apartment, nor tell them the apartment number.
- 9. Do not allow repair personnel to enter your Tourist Apartment without having requested it or authorized it from Reception.
- 10. Safety deposit boxes are available in your Tourist Apartment. Please check with reception for the terms of use. The establishment will not be liable for any damage to items not in these safe deposit boxes.
