6. Responsibility of the Tourist Apartments
Access to the page does not imply in any case the existence of a business relationship between the user and the company. The prices shown are Retail Prices IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) included.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of Tourist Apartment and regime selected, except for those Tourist Apartments where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any unspecified services and extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...

All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether passport or identity card, according to current legislation.
